Grand Ati̇Lla Hotel Alanya, Alanya

The hotel location was ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the beach with easy access to restaurants and markets. The service was friendly and welcoming, but there were some issues with room allocation and readiness. The vibrant music from 10 am till midnight was a downside, but the proximity to amenities compensated for it.

The hotel is situated down a dark back alley, making the initial arrival unsettling, but eventually providing good sea and mountain views from the room with efficient air conditioning. Despite the room being clean and maintained daily, the beginning experience was marred by safety concerns and the need for better handling from the staff.

The hotel provides basic comfort and general cleanliness, with nice balconies featuring tables and chairs. However, the location down a dark back alley felt unsafe and unwelcoming. The service encountered was rude and unprofessional, with a lack of understanding and communication. Despite some positives, this hotel needs significant improvement to meet expectations.
